The cocktail menu is equally compelling — the creamy richness of their Espresso Martini and the bright, zesty notes of a Lemon Drop provide the perfect finish to a dinner or an energizing start to an evening. Non-alcoholic guests will appreciate refreshingly crafted options like the organic jalapeño lemonade or the sparkling Mediterranean tonic water.
Josie’s Table radiates a warm, lively energy that many guests find perfect for group outings or lively date nights. This was a great date spot with an upscale but casual vibe! We had the local bread, the ribeye entree, the Arctic char, and the brownie sundae. Everything was prepared to perfection and we had plenty of leftovers to take home! We're already planning to come back to try something from each of their seasonal menus
Excellent food in a lively atmosphere. Excellent beers on tap. Pizza was amazing! Simple beet salad with char on it was perfect. It was pretty loud when we were there, so tough for a quiet romantic date. Second visit was even more impressive! Beef tallow fries and an amazing burger. We love this place!
Reservations are highly encouraged. They have outdoor and indoor seating. Food was fresh and ok. The pizza I hear is a hit. The deconstructed Mexican street corn was delicious. The best thing I ate actually. Burger was fresh but very dry. Dessert was good.
Josie’s Table is a gem in Albany! Every dish was spot-on—from the decadent dip and fresh oysters to the melt-in-your-mouth pork belly and handmade pastas. The burger and truffle fries were top-tier, and the service was just as impressive. Beautifully presented food, great flavors, and a warm atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back!
Best salad flavor ever. I had the daily salad special which had fresh strawberries & oranges with a maple mustard dressing. I added on the chicken which was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Wish I would have ordered two as one just wasn't enough. My partner had the burger the macroni salad. The burger was amazingly delicious too.
Made a reservation for 6 online with no issues. Our reservation changed to 7 people where I had to call in and put down a credit card for a no show fee of $20/person which wasn't an issue. Easy to adjust our reservation back to 6 without a problem due to changed plans. Walked in and sat immediately near the kitchen but it was quite cold inside. Once everyone showed up, service was pretty consistent but definitely took some time before people came. Re-ordering drinks definitely took awhile though. We ordered a variety of their appetizers including a dozen oysters, Maple Fried Brussel Sprouts, Buffalo Cauliflower, Pork Belly, Deconstructed Mexican Street Corn and the Blistered Shishito Peppers. Everything was pretty good but we loved the tender Pork Belly, the Brussel Sprouts and the Street Corn. For our entrees, i shared the Mushroom Pappardelle and the Seafood Pasta (special) and both were delicious. Overall, the food was amazing and had a great time but definitely takes some time for the drinks to come out (even glasses of wine). Would definitely revisit to try other parts of their menu.
This is the restaurant that took over Provence. Second time I’ve been here and the food quality is excellent. Limited options, but the food is so good you’ll want to go back. Best to make reservations ahead of time.
We had a nice meal on our work trip. The aesthetic inside was very cute and vibrant. Our server was extremely kind and helped us navigate the menu!
